William R. ‘Robbie’ Burlas
A Principal and Founder of Health Navigators, LLC, Mr. Burlas has over twenty years experience in designing health benefits plans and is a pioneer in integrating effective health improvement and risk reduction programs within health plans to address the greatest contributor to runaway health care costs - high cost chronic diseases.
Mr. Burlas has been a volunteer for the American Heart Association of Georgia for over 20 years. As Chairman of the Advocacy Committee for both Georgia and the Southeast United States, Robbie represents the Heart Association locally and nationally on issues regarding tobacco, physical activity and nutrition in schools as well as the funding for chronic disease research and public health. In 2007 he was recognized by the American Heart Association as the Advocate of the Year for the State of Georgia.
Mr. Burlas is on the Board of Directors and currently serving as President for the Georgia Coalition for Physical Activity & Nutrition. He is also currently serving as a Board Member of Georgia’s Operation Frontline operations as well as on the Board of Advisors for the Atlanta Regional Health Forum. He has also served on the CDC Business & Expert Panel to develop and provide resources to States for establishing guidelines and standards in the field of health promotion and preventive healthcare.
He has served as a youth mentor through Cobb County Family Services, a Stephen Minister, a children's supervisor for Bible Study Fellowship, Sunday School teacher for middle school students and was a Founding Board Member of Youth-At-Risk in Atlanta.

Holly Gillis Hidell
Holly has served as the Media and Nutrition Director for the Georgia Egg commission since 2001. She promotes consumer consumption of eggs through the Georgia Media Market, provides nutrition and food safety education to Georgia’s public, writes quarterly promotion campaigns for Georgia newspapers and magazines, and provides nutrition related lectures, food demonstrations and exhibits for professional meetings. Since receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Georgia Southern University and her Master of Science in Nutrition from Mississippi State University, Holly has served on the Executive Board for the Georgia Public Health Association, Georgia Dietetic Association and the Georgia Osteoporosis Initiative.

Debra Kibbe, MS, PHR
Debra serves on Georgia’s Physical Activity and Nutrition Initiative Steering Committee and co-chairs the Healthcare Workgroup for the state’s obesity task force. She is faculty for the American Dietetic Association’s certificate program on pediatric overweight. Debra Kibbe serves as Director of the Physical Activity and Nutrition (PAN) Program for the International Life Sciences Institute Research Foundation (ILSI RF) headquartered in Washington, D.C. Ms. Kibbe has helped coordinate and evaluate several school and health care intervention projects aimed at the prevention and management of pediatric overweight. Debra earned her B. S. in Psychology from Hiram College and her MS in Personnel & Employment Relations from Georgia State University.

Jennifer Frediani, MS, RD, LD, ACSM-CES
Jennifer Frediani is the Bionutrition Research Director for the Atlanta Clinical and Translational Science Institute at Emory University. Her experience lies in developing and conducting a wide range of nutrition and exercise-related research. She graduated with both a B.S. in dietetics and a M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University. Her previous work includes a clinical dietitian position at a rural Georgian hospital, as well as nutrition coach and metabolic specialist at a local high-end health club. She has been a member of GPAN for three years and has been an advisory board member for two years.
